The Parents Coordinating Council is the organization of families and friends of Lanterman Developmental Center residents. Our organization is dedicated to the support of all the residents of LDC through involvement, advocacy, and donations. The PCC is a not-for-profit organization; our resources come from membership, donations, and fundraising.
The PCC is also a part of the California Association of State Hospital Parent Councils for the Retarded (CASHPCR), a state-wide council of developmental center families; CAR, an organization of congregate care facilities; and Voice of the Retarded (VOR) a national advocacy group.
